We use mild steel worth 2.5 Mn for developing both the jacket and S.S. 304 sheet. We even extend the thickness to 4 Mn for the steam jacket.
The hind side of the kettle possesses water or oil heated fittings. For those that need to tilt it, we have made a worm-like arrangement. For indicating the right temperature and to ensure proper control we have included an appropriate indicator and controller. Besides using the 16 SWG S.S. 304 Sheet for cladding, we have even ensured glass-wool insulation worth 50 Mn thickness.
